Kalliopi-Stavroula Chatzigeorgiou,

Dr Kalliopi-Stavroula Chatzigeorgiou graduated from the Medical School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Medical Biopathology-Microbiology at the General Hospital of Athens “Ippokrateio”. She completed her PhD thesis with “excellent” grade at the Laboratory of Clinical Microbiology of “Attikon” University Hospital on the topic “Conventional and molecular diagnosis of staphylococcal infections”. She also holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the Biology Department of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has participated in numerous national and International conferences and has authored papers in both Greek and peer-reviewed International medical journals. Since 2014 she has collaborated with various diagnostic laboratories and with her extensive experience as a Scientific Director in Diagnostic Laboratories she has been a key member of our team and the Scientific Director of our Center, since 2024.
